WCCD is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Electrician to lead our well-established Electrical Division. With our longstanding Electrical Manager transitioning into an electrical lecturing career, this is your opportunity to step into a key leadership role and make the division your own.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the Electrical Division : from day-to-day scheduling to managing electrical projects from concept to delivery, including coordination with our in-house trades

Quote works of all sizes – from minor maintenance and reactive callouts, and large-scale tendered projects

Track project progress, costs and compliance using our internal database system, SimPro

Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in conjunction with our WHS Coordinator

Develop and maintain client relationships

Lead, mentor, and grow your team

Drive process improvement and division performance

What We’re Looking For :

Must be Australian Citizen to obtain Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)

A current WA Electrical Contractor License

Data license with endorsements

Willingness to take the nominees’ licence

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician

Experience in quoting and tendering, including government submissions

Strong understanding of maintenance and construction project delivery

Hands-on leadership approach with excellent communication skills

Experience managing apprentices

Proficiency with SimPro is a bonus but not essential, safety management systems, and digital workflows

Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
