Project Coordinator

Our scope includes the provision of power and fibre networks, and the design and commission of a Central Processing Facility (CPF) and Remote Processing Facilities (RPF) at the Australian site. The Project Coordinator will support the delivery team by providing assistance in the coordination of training & compliance, mobilisation duties and administrative tasks.

• Keep a track record of project plans, schedules, budgets and working hours
• Compile and maintain project documentation
• Advise quality performance and report on non-conformances
• Mitigate risks and advise project team
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
• QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in coordination on large infrastructure projects I.E Telecommunications, Construction & Maintenance sectors
• Technical proficiencies with IT software packages & Microsoft suite
• Able to proactively identify risks and form solutions
• Commercially astute & confident in administrative tasks
