This integral role is responsible for managing operational activities on the job, including safety, contractors, compliance, and profitable project delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting our Project Managers in developing, establishing and maintaining theprojectmanagement framework and ensuring that it is complied with by the managers.

Nature of the position : Permanent, Full Time Location : Burswood Keyresponsibilities Acting as support to the Project Managers and other stakeholders on key projectsOrganize timely provision of project services to meet safety, timeframes, budget and quality requirements.Monitor associated key performance indicators.Manage client expectations through frequent, accurate and timely updates, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.Follow company processes and procedures for working with contractors and assist in ensuring that all subcontractors have the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver the operational requirements in line with Programmed HSE policies and procedures.Receive and respond to service / work requests from the client and coordinate appropriate actions in a timely manner.Ensures the safety of all people on our sites through our HSEQ policies and procedures.About You Current Driver's LicenseFirst-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skillsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenCompetencies in the use of excel, word, project & outlook.A strong commitment to the safety of yourself and othersCultural alignment with our core values : Safety Leadership, Care & Empathy, Customer Service, and Diversity, Inclusion & EqualityWho Are We Programmed Facility Management is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries.
