We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Perth team on a Fixed-term contract of 12 months. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will work in a collaborative, cohesive team providing support to a designated Director / s, Project Leaders and project teams, to assist in providing engineering services to our clients.
We anticipate that this role will initially involve a requirement to work full-time in office, with flexibility to be discussed following a 3-month settling in period.
To be successful in this role you will have several years of experience working in an administrative assistant, project administration or project coordination role, ideally gained in an engineering consulting or construction services environment, with a project delivery focus, however those with experience in other areas should still apply. You'll have well-developed organisational skills, a commitment to confidentiality where required, and thrive in a fast-paced, output-focused environment. You'll also have a high level of verbal and written communication skills, enabling professional interactions with a range of people including internal NDY stakeholders and external clients and contacts.
