Job descriptionDiploma or ECT qualification (ECT preferred but not essential). Must be ACEQA approved Previous leadership experience in an Early Childhood or OSHC setting Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) A collaborative and inspiring leadership style Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and relevant certifications

With a strong leadership structure in place including 3 support roles all non-contact being the AD, EL and Admin, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead with confidence and purpose.
