- Attractive salary package $42.94 + Super
- Location - Geebung (free parking)
Our client provides an advocacy service to those who are vulnerable in the community. They are a not-for-profit, independent and have over 30 years' experience in supporting and improving the well-being of our seniors and those with a disability in the community.
They now have an exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Officer to assist in their Intake Team assisting to support and help their clients navigate a scope of services.
The Role
Contact Centre experience required to assist customers with their enquiriesProvide information and individual advocacy support to eligible clientsEnsure all information and services provided are consistent and compliant with relevant legislation and quality standards for complianceManaging inbound calls and follow up outbound callsCase management supportReporting to the Intake Team LeaderWhat you will bring to the role
Contact Centre experienceTeam PlayerStrong problem-solving skillsConfident liaising at all levels both verbally and in writing with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple mannerKnowledge of aged care, disability programs or similar viewed favorablyAble to understand and apply legislation, policies and proceduresIf successful you will need to obtain the following :
