Staff Specialist Emergency Medicine

The Position

Senior Medical Officer or Staff Specialist Emergency Medicine, permanent full-time or part-time position; up to 12 months with possible extension, flexible roster available including 8 days on 20 days off!

The Facility

The position may require travel by commercial or charter plane and / or vehicle to other Hospital / s and / or Health Centre / s dependent on travel requirements on rare occasions. The Hospital is the major referral centre for North West Queensland. The hospital has approximately 80 beds catering for an area of 300,000 remote and rural kilometres with a population of approximately 34,000 people.
