• What you'll do

You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets where you'll actively contribute to a vibrant, collaborative team focused environment. In this role you'll support the Kitchen team to deliver consistently high quality meals by providing non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area. On a daily basis you will :

• Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery
• Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant
• Assist colleagues who are cooking including assembling and preparing ingredients
• What you'll bring
• A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Genuine Interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills
• An ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
• Flexibility to work across other areas of the Resort as required such Housekeeping, Reception or Food & Beverage
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
