Job descriptionWhat will my duties include? Assist with basic food preparation tasks and ensure ingredients are organised and ready. Provide support to chefs and kitchen staff, contributing to a seamless kitchen operation. Monitor supplies in accordance with food volume and menu requirements. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workstation. What we are looking for Food Handlers Certificate. Knowledge of basic food preparation methods. Experience working in a pub / bistro fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Why you'll love working here Ongoing learning & development opportunities.
