A key role within the NIQ HR Team, responsible for providing HR leadership and support to the NIQ business in Australia. You will be the primary HR Business Partner leading and setting priorities for HR in Australia.
- Responsibilities
- Work with senior management and our COE partner teams to develop and implement talent strategies including but not limited to conduct Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and building talent pipeline.
- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement and skills assessment and development.
- Coaching and guiding Business Leaders to help them drive and sustain changes in culture, compliance, talent management and organizational capability building to deliver the organization goals now and in the future.
- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements.
- Partner with business and execute any organizational changes including but not limited to restructuring
- Advise the business on Labor relations matter and provide partnership when so required
- Be the key person in adapting Global employee policy for market execution
- Provide compensation support including salary planning and promotions.

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Deep knowledge of local HR practices and employment laws.
- Demonstrates confidence and courage to appropriately challenge assumptions and a high level of professionalism to push through on solutions while maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.
- As the main point of contact between HR and the business, an excellent communicator who aligns interests among various stakeholders to promote a cooperative and collaborative work environment.
- Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource / Business or related discipline
- At least 3 - 5 years of HR business partnering for Australia market and around 8-10 years of experience in HR.
- Working knowledge of Fair Commission Guideline, WHS Guidelines and Award is preferred.
- Able to flexibility toggle between myriad HR activities taking place at the same time, and adapt as the overall HR operating model take shape
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes at varying levels of the business.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive situations / documentation.
- Strong independent worker, able to deliver outcomes effectively and efficiently.
