Logistics Supervisor

The role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Logistics Supervisor – Concrete to join our team at our Silverwater office. In this full-time role, you’ll report directly to the Logistics Manager – NSW and take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of our concrete truck fleet.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Your strong leadership skills will help ensure smooth, safe, and timely delivery operations that meet our high standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Support business strategy and goals
• Maintain compliance of concrete fleet with legislative and customer driven requirements
• Oversee truck maintenance
• Conducting regular truck inspections with a focus on fleet presentation
• Maintain high levels of customer service both internally and externally
• Manage operating costs
• Manage driver recruitment, onboarding and training for employees
• Assist with the rollout of logistics related projects and training
