About This Role

The Offshore Survey Delivery Team supports global marine campaigns, ensuring safe and efficient data acquisition operations across multiple regions.

Accountable for accurate setup, calibration, and real-time oversight of survey and positioning systemsLeads offshore survey crews, setting clear priorities and ensuring high-quality data and reporting standardsCoordinates closely with onboard leadership and onshore teams to align on deliverables and resolve issuesDrives safe execution of offshore activities while promoting a strong safety and performance cultureIdentifies and contributes to continuous improvement of offshore survey operations and team capabilityEnsures compliance with company HSE, training, and technical competency frameworks

Requirements

Proven expertise in offshore survey operations, including installation, calibration, and management of positioning and survey systemsStrong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior personnel and managing survey teams in challenging offshore environmentsSolid knowledge of survey data acquisition, processing, quality control, and reporting standardsExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholdersDemonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in offshore operationsHigh adaptability and decision-making ability to deliver accurate survey results under tight schedules and changing conditionsExperience working within strict offshore HSE and operational procedures, including emergency response readiness
