Agile Coach

Location : Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (Hybrid / Onsite available)Employment Type : ContractAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles and frameworks.

This role is key to enabling organizational agility and driving cultural transformation across portfolios and programs.Key Responsibilities : Coach teams and leadership on Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.)

and best practicesLead Agile transformations and maturity assessments across business unitsDesign and deliver Agile workshops, training, and playbooksProvide hands-on coaching to scrum masters, product owners, and delivery teamsIdentify and remove impediments to Agile adoption and performanceDrive continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and feedback loopsPromote a culture of experimentation, learning, and customer-centric deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to align Agile practices with strategic goalsRequired Skills & Experience : 7+ years in Agile roles with at least 3 years as an Agile CoachDeep understanding of Agile principles, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, etc.
