Agile Coach

We are seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Leader / Agile Coach for a major Australian financial provider. This role requires deep execution experience in large-scale complex technology delivery and strong people leadership and mentoring capabilities. You will help build scaled agile / scrum expertise across the oragnisation's workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute complex technology projects aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
• Drive the adoption of scaled agile methodologies across project teams.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
• Advocate for agile principles and foster an agile mindset within the organisation.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
• Requirements
• Significant experience in project and technology delivery, emphasizing scaled agile or agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and agile practices.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and educate teams effectively.
• Experience in diverse environments, including start-up, scale-up, and corporate settings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry preferred.
