About the role

As the Regional Sales Manager you are working closely with Showroom Managers to enhance the customer experience, maximise sales opportunities, and strengthen our brand across VIC.

This role requires an experienced multi-site retailer who has an exceptional track record in coaching selling skills and managing sales performance.

Job Description

• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & managing the performance of managers and team members to achieve sales targets
• Using initiative and commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
• Leading and motivating showroom teams to achieve their sales targets
• Training and developing showroom teams to deliver exceptional service
• Managing rosters to maximise showroom staff coverage
• Identify opportunities to drive customer traffic into showrooms
• Maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising
