About the Role

We’re hiring a Master Data Specialist – HME / Mobile Fleet to support improvements across four mining operations. You’ll work to resolve BOM and task list data gaps in SAP for heavy mobile equipment, enhancing planning efficiency and execution readiness.

Current State : Execution delays are occurring due to incomplete or missing BOMs and task lists, making it difficult for planners and trades to source parts efficiently.

Future State (Deliverable) : Accurately resolve BOM and task list data gaps across all four operations to streamline planning, reduce delays, and improve maintenance outcomes.

This is a Perth-based role , Monday to Friday, with flexibility for some WFH. Occasional site visits may be required.

What you’ll do : Key responsibilities…

Review and resolve BOM and task list gaps for HME assets in SAP

Create and update BOMs, sub-assemblies, and task lists with accurate technical data

Align construction types (CTs) to site standards and OEM documentation

Collaborate with planning, maintenance, and engineering teams across four sites

Gather technical specifications from suppliers and OEMs

Maintain accurate master data records and documentation in SAP

What we’re looking for : About you…

Proven experience in SAP master data for HME / mobile equipment

Expertise with SAP Construction Types (CTs), BOMs, and sub-assemblies

Ability to identify and resolve data gaps impacting planning and execution

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple stakeholders

Based in Perth with flexibility for site visits

Must have the right to work in Australia
