The Business Agility Specialist responsibilities includeParticipate and assist in establishing a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) - build and execute the transformation backlogComfortable being a team member as part of a scrum team (LACE) and working alongside other Business Agility Specialists and change agentsCreate and continually evolve content for Agile Training and PlaybookTrain executives, managers, and leaders - socialise the new concepts, provide orientation, and training. Teach and facilitate learning modules for leaders, managers, and stakeholdersDesign and Implement assessment methods to help Rio Tinto understand where we are on our path to business agility and define improvement pathwaysHelping teams navigate their existing waterfall organisations and remove impediments to their agilityBuild Communities of Practice that extend knowledge across the organisationConfigure Agile tools e.g. ADOKey CriteriaHave extensive Agile delivery and coaching experience (10+ years)SAFe Implementation experience (mandatorySPC SAFe Certification (_desiredHave extensive theoretical and practical experience utilising various Agile Methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and KanbanHave strong verbal, communication, and facilitation skillsEnergetic, can-do attitude and experience delivering desirable outcomes in fast pace and complex environmentsDisplay a growth mindset, passion for learning, collaborating with others and sharing knowledgeAble to build meaningful working relationships across teams and with stakeholders at all levelsFoster a culture of respect, inclusion, safety, and high trustJob TypesFull-time, ContractContract length : 12 months
