- Role
- Submit claims prepared by Estimator / Supervisors to clients (insurance Companies).
- Process relevant documentation for claims approval.
- Assist Reception during busy periods or as directed by the Claims Manager.
- Assist the Booking Co-Ordinator and or the Claims Co-ordinator as directed by the Claims.
Manager.
- Assist with general housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Setup makesafes on the system, allocate & follow up trades to perform the makesafe & coordinate with the Insured or Home Occupier. Update the client of makesafe progress and
completion.
