Claims Administrator - Insurance Building Sector

• Role
• Submit claims prepared by Estimator / Supervisors to clients (insurance Companies).
• Process relevant documentation for claims approval.
• Assist Reception during busy periods or as directed by the Claims Manager.
• Assist the Booking Co-Ordinator and or the Claims Co-ordinator as directed by the Claims.

Manager.

• Assist with general housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and restock office supplies.
• Setup makesafes on the system, allocate & follow up trades to perform the makesafe & coordinate with the Insured or Home Occupier. Update the client of makesafe progress and

completion.
