Woodside are looking for a Quality Advisor for an initial 2 year contract with the opportunity to extend.
About the role :
- To provide support, advice, implementation, and expertise to ensure that Woodside plans and arrangements for project quality and quality management are implemented and effective.
- To support and deliver against WEL and Projects Australia strategic imperatives, WMS, OMF, Project Quality Management Plan and Operational needs. Helps to enable project deliverables to be realized, and to maximize effectiveness and performance.
- The position also exists to ensure that regulatory obligations for effective QA in Projects Australia are fulfilled, as part of a team of deployed 'Quality Management' personnel.
- For this role particular emphasis is given to Contractor and Project verification activities.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Ensure appropriately independent levels of effective quality management, quality surveillance, inspection, validation, verification to provide assuranceEnsure definition, planning and coordination of quality related activitiesPlan and conduct risk based internal and external Quality reviewsSupport effective management of audit and review programChampion and support the Startup Excellence programSupport the Senior Quality Advisor for managing the 2nd party activities to effectively implement the Vendor Surveillance ProgramReview received inspection reportsMaintain and improve and implement the Quality Management elements of WMS (including processes and procedures)Accountable for developing Quality performance KPIs and reporting for applicable scopesSkills and Experience :
This role requires demonstrable aptitude for quality and quality management and has quality management discipline experience in the oil & gas industry. Developing towards Mastery level for at least 50% of the 'Q' Competency Framework is desirable, and at least Skilled level for the remainder :
