Site Quality Advisor

Role Opportunity

This role oversees QA / QC on a construction site, working with Project Engineers and reporting to the CM / PM. It involves managing contractor compliance, conducting audits, engaging with stakeholders, and driving quality improvements across the project.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and assurance processes
• Experience auditing contractor documentation and managing non-conformance procedures
• Ability to manage contractors on-site and liaise with stakeholders in both field and office settings
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
• Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage QA / QC processes across site operations in alignment with project quality standards
• Conduct audits on contractor documentation and site activities to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with contractor QA / QC representatives to communicate expectations and confirm adherence to quality procedures
• Issue quality and non-conformance notices as per site procedures and track close-out actions
• Identify, recommend, and implement quality tools and initiatives to enhance overall project performance
• Support the construction management team with quality-related insights, trends, and risks
• Maintain accurate QA / QC records and documentation to support project completion and handover
• Assist with preparation and readiness for external audits or inspections
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across site teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders, both on-site and in head office, to ensure alignment on quality expectations and deliverables
