What does the job look like Working in an existing team, you are the first point of call from internal and external customers that require assistance. Key areas :

• Offer high level customer service over the phone
• Understand customer enquiries and provide assistance
• Set up new customers and create new accounts for existing customers
• Create loyal relationships with internal and external customers to retain accounts and develop and maintain positive working relationship
• Ensure the system is updated with all communication
