Customer Service Representative

Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to have sales orders processed timely and correctly. Provide timely feedback to internal / external customers' inquiries and requirements. To support the warehouse / logistics team to handle outbound delivery activities in SAP and to ensure overall shipping tasks are completed. Provide timely invoice dispatch and support Finance to clear payment disputations related to customer invoice.
