Opal Fibre Packaging Australia provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Knoxfield (Victoria).

The key focus of this role will be to :

• Providing high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone
• Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Utilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirements
• Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
• Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required
• Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
• Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers
