Customer Service Representative

Our client is a recognised leader in the sporting industry, representing premium golfing brands such as  Titleist  and  FootJoy , and they are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team!

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships by responding to phone enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process.
