Regional Manager

We’re seeking a driven Regional Manager to join our Bristile Roofing team in Armadale, Western Australia.

Reporting to the General Manager, you're responsible for improving market position in the State and achieving financial growth through cultivating builder relationships and gaining new customers. The Regional Manager will manage development of the Western Australia team to enhance skill sets and ensure achievement of budgets and performance goals.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Lead, manage, and coach the Western Australian team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed budget targets.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service to meet client expectations and demands.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Prepare state-level forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee inventory levels across the state, including active participation in monthly stocktakes.
• Manage state expenditure to ensure budgeted profit margins are met.
• Conduct and manage staff performance appraisals.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and activity reports.
• Follow up on outstanding customer debts and resolve disputes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and their product offerings.
