Aiming to drive brand awareness and engagement across Australia and the US. Join a global HVAC leader known for innovation, accountability, and customer focus.

Why You'll Love It Shape brand growth through a mix of content and communication strategies.Take ownership of brand messaging across multiple brands, translating technical product information into clear, compelling content.Work with a supportive team, leveraging internal resources and external agency expertiseJoin a globally recognised company that values innovation, customer connections and has a people-first cultureHybrid work model available following initial training periodWhat You'll Do Own the messaging and oversee content creation across multiple brands and campaignsCreate and maintain a library of marketing content assets, including case studies, technical documentation, product sheets, email series, blog posts, and social media stories.Develop quarterly communication plans and align content calendars with product launches, campaigns, seasonal events, and business objectiveCollaborate with the marketing team to shape and advise on impactful campaigns.Turn sales insights into compelling stories that resonate with plumbers, merchants, and corporate buyers. – always with a customer-first mindset.Identify key target audiences, define core messaging and select appropriate communication channels (e.g. email, social, sales, other)Use tools like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign to build smart content workflows.What You Bring 3+ years' experience in content and communications.Ideally coming from a B2C or eCommerce background and looking to step into a B2B role that still connects with the end user.Experience in product marketing is a plus, with a talent for translating complex, technical content into clear and engaging messaging.Confident navigating multiple brands and stakeholder groups.Comfortable using CRM platforms and automation tools such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign.Self-driven and organised, with a strong ability to take initiative and build effective systems for gathering and managing information.If you're ready to take ownership of a global marketing role, we'd love to hear from you!
