Scoopers- Customer Service

As a Scooper, you'll be the face of our iconic ice cream brand, delivering exceptional service while crafting the perfect scoop of our famous flavours.

• Responsibilities
• Customer Service
• Greet and engage with customers warmly, answer questions about our flavors and products, and ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Scoop with Precision
• Serve ice cream cones, sundaes, and shakes with skill and consistency, adhering to our portioning and presentation standards.
• Maintain Cleanliness
• Keep the service area clean and organized, including scooping stations, counters, and equipment, to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Stock Management
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and ensuring freshness of ingredients.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, support each other, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
• Adhere to Policies
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, cash handling, and customer interactions.
