Crucial to this is your ability to take the time to fully understand your clients' business needs and tailor unique and value-driven solutions.

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly within business banking
• Proficiency in cash flow lending and transactional banking
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Proven ability to deliver results and meet targets
