• Front Office Coordinator
• to join us on a
• Part Time Basis
• Training will be provided for the right applicants.
• The heart of the role
• Being responsible for the front desk including all administration duties
• Work on sterilisation and cleaning tasks
• Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
• Answering phone enquiries, appointment booking & recall management
• Administration & maintenance of the patient database
• Processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
• Reporting as necessary on practice activities
