As a Team Assistant at Bentleys, your role is integral in supporting three Directors and their team of Accountants. Ideally, you will thrive in a fast paced environment, where you will deliver high quality and efficient administrative outcomes. This position will suit a proactive and self-motivated Team Assistant who can take initiative and really run with the role to make it their own.
Responsibilities include :
Scheduling meetingsManaging daily correspondence with clients and other external partiesLiaising with the Australian Taxation Office regarding client queriesRaising invoicesDrafting engagement contractsArranging establishment of client entitiesScanning and electronic filing of documentsEnsuring client files are kept up to date and compliantCollating tax returns and financialsPrinting reports when requiredGetting documentation prepared for meetingsAd-hoc administrative duties as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience working in an accounting firm is essential for this positionA positive attitude with the willingness to learn quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines is essentialAble to demonstrate high level of organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously, and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office ProductsThe PerksWe'll look after you at Bentleys, these (and more) are some of the benefits we offer :
