Key accountabilities will include :

• Provide high-level secretarial support for meetings, functions and events including preparing slide packs, managing agendas and minute taking
• Coordinate contract execution, record keeping and review activities for the team
• Support the management of document libraries, intranet pages and Sharepoint sites

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels with confidence and professionalism
• Proven ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst working to tight timeframes
• Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
