Key accountabilities will include :
- Provide high-level secretarial support for meetings, functions and events including preparing slide packs, managing agendas and minute taking
- Coordinate contract execution, record keeping and review activities for the team
- Support the management of document libraries, intranet pages and Sharepoint sites

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels with confidence and professionalism
- Proven ability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks whilst working to tight timeframes
- Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
