• What We're Looking For
• Proven coaching experience (high school, college, club, or pro level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of basketball strategies, drills, and player development
• Ability to motivate and mentor athletes for competitive success
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in game planning, scouting opponents, and performance analysis
• Certifications (e.g., FIBA, NFHS, or national coaching accreditation) are a plus
• Your Role Will Include

Designing and implementing effective training programs

Leading team practices with a focus on skill development and teamwork

Preparing game strategies and making in-game adjustments

Evaluating player performance and providing constructive feedback

Fostering a competitive yet positive team culture
