About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Assistant to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Dealership. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
The position will involve the following :
- Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
- Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
- Processing of customer orders and / or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
- Assist with stock checking and order processing
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
The successful candidate will need the following :
Experience with parts or the automotive industry preferred, or an eagerness to learnExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsGood computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & OutlookAbility to work well under pressureBenefits :
