Parts Assistant

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Assistant to join our team and work primarily from our Warwick Farm Dealership. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.

The position will involve the following :

• Liaise with customers to assist with Spare Parts and accessories enquiries
• Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
• Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts
• Processing of customer orders and / or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
• Assist with stock checking and order processing
• Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
