As part of our national Talent team the HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering on our talent strategy throughout the employee lifecycle, delivering the full range of HR advisory, consultative and operational services with particular emphasis on performance, remuneration & benefits, engagement and retention strategies including coaching leaders and talent program delivery. This role will also be responsible for managing the clerk and graduate program for the Perth office, with support from the national firm.
