- HR Business Partner
- to join our People, Culture and Safety team. In this hands-on role, you will support managers and employees across a range of HR activities—from performance management and policy support to employee engagement and workplace relations.
Working closely with the General Manager, People, Culture & Safety, you'll be a key point of contact for operational HR support across our teams in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. - Key Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner, you will :
- Provide day-to-day HR support
- to managers and employees, offering advice on HR policies, procedures, and general employee matters.
- Support ER / IR matters
- by keeping up to date with relevant legislation and assisting with compliance, award interpretation, and workplace issues.
- Collaborate with teams
- to implement key people processes such as performance reviews, onboarding, and change initiatives.
- Assist with HR projects
- including employee engagement, wellbeing programs, and learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation
- including employment agreements and HR reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- About You
We are searching for a HR Business Partner who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. You will enjoy working with people, solving problems, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
- You will bring
- A sound understanding of Australian HR legislation including Fair Work, NES, Awards, and EEO.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Good time management and organisational skills—you're comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated HR generalist or advisory experience.
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
