Job description

Quality Event Hire is an event hire company specialising in field day events Australia wide. We currently have multiple casual opportunities available for onsite event crew and warehouse team members with the opportunity to progress full time for the right person.

Main duties :

Installation and dismantling of marquees, flooring and other event equipment
Picking, packing and preparing stock for events
Maintenance and cleaning of stock
Frequent travelling interstate for agricultural field days

To be successful :

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

Punctual and reliable

Ability to work both autonomously and as a team

Be flexible with working hours and willing to travel interstate last minute (last minute roster changes occur often)

Physically fit as this role can be physically demanding

Previous events experience building marquees

Event equipment knowledge

Previous experience using basic power tools

Current forklift (LF) licence and white card (preferred but not essential)

Current Australian drivers licence

Truck licence (desirable but not essential)

Job Type

Salary

28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule :

Rotating roster

Shift work

Work Location : In person
