The Opportunity :

As the  Onboarding Administrator , you will work closely with our Gladstone team to provide a quality, people-first approach to onboarding for all our contractors, utilising systems, external providers and our internal operations team to help make this possible.

This is a varied role with a broad range of tasks, your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Role Requirements :

Experience using Avetta, Browse, Astute Payroll, medical booking platforms or other HR platforms will be highly beneficial. We are in the process of exploring new platforms and welcome experience in HRM software.
