Client Service Officer

• Your Responsibilities
• To build great client relationships to ensure that they find the service that meets their needs
• Proactively manage a portfolio of high value disability and home care service providers to maximize their return on investment
• Identify opportunities to provide value add services to our customers and generate proposals
• Collect and report product feedback to internal teams
• Outbound sales - negotiate and close sales with SME customers
• Collate and distribute regular reporting

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service role or as a local area coordinator or support planner
• Experience in using multiple CRM and client management and reporting systems
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
