About YouYou are a natural relationship builder and can build rapport with your clientsYou have excellent communication skills and experience in customer service and / or client management.You have administration experience and / or excellent written communicationYou love to learn and have a can-do attitudeYou are self motivated and able to work autonomouslyYou are highly motivated and organisedRoleYou will be using your customer service experience and natural ability for organisation to manage your own portfolio of clients.
Your responsibilities will include :
Attend client meetingsClient management - maintain and develop client relationshipsDevelop underwriter relationshipsCoordinating reports for quotesMaintaining spreadsheetsPrepare and present annual renewal quotesGeneral administrative tasksWorking hoursYou will have the option of working 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm depending on your client base. After an initial 6 month training period you have the option of working from home 2 days a week.
