Job descriptionAbout the role Duties Managing and responding to client queries and process requests in consultation with Adviser within specified timeframes Preparation of relevant material and forms (as per Adviser directive) Implementation of Statement of Advice Complete tasks following a strategic review by Adviser & file noting all client activity Communicate with external client advisers & product providers Make and manage client appointments & preparation for adviser / client meetings Update internal and external client information Revenue collection Skills and Experience Related Financial Planning qualification RG 146 / DFP is beneficial Experience with Financial Planning Software (Xplan) and high proficiency in MS Office programs is a bonus Well organised with outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines

Currently experiencing growth, this is an exciting time to join this organisation, which is looking for an experienced Client Service Officer within its Financial Planning function.
You will be the first point of call for client enquires. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support services to the Adviser team, including responding to client requests, document preparation, implementation of advice and management of client appointments.
You will also play a vital role in identifying process improvement potential and implementing agreed process changes, updating internal and external client information, and ensuring data integrity.
