Warehouse Administrator

Tecside is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected player in the heavy equipment and logistics sector. We’re on the lookout for a switched-on and dependable Warehouse Administrator to join a fast-paced distribution site in Minto.

If you’ve got a knack for keeping things organised, thrive in a team setting, and have a solid admin background – this could be your next opportunity.

The Role :

You’ll provide administrative support across transport and warehouse operations, ensuring things run smoothly from booking freight to managing stock records.

Your day-to-day will include :

Coordinating freight bookings and preparing consignment paperwork

Uploading and tracking Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation

Reconciling pallet movements and stock discrepancies

Supporting safety and compliance requirements across the site

Provide administrative support to the transport and warehouse teams

About You :

Experience in admin or a similar warehouse / transport support role

Great communication skills – written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confident using Outlook, Excel, and ideally WMS or CRM systems

Team-focused, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed
