The role We're a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and keen to learn and grow to join Michael Boyce in the expanding Mining, Energy & Resources team.

Michael is a Corporate Partner specialising in mining, petroleum and natural resources law.

He has extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to acquisitions and divestments, project development, joint venture structuring, offtake agreements including gas sale and transportation agreements, mineral rights sharing agreements, royalty agreements, construction and procurement contracts.

Our Corporate team was recently ranked 6th in the Mergermarket M&A Rankings Report 2023 for the highest deal count in Australia.

In just one year, we've made a remarkable leap from 13th to 6th place for legal advisors in Australia, and achieved a top 20 ranking for the highest deal count in the Asia-Pacific (excl.

Japan).

We're looking for someone : Admitted lawyer; with 4-8 years' PAE experience; who has Corporate law experiences, preferably within the Mining and / or Energy & Resources sector; who wants a fantastic team culture; and with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
