The Opportunity :

• Contribute to the development of feasibility studies, project evaluations, and long-term strategic plans for mining projects.
• Support mine planning and study work for both operational and development projects including both underground and open pit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geological, geotechnical, environmental and operational factors into mine plans and activities.
• Undertake and contribute to Ore Reserves.
• Lead the development and implementation of mine planning strategies to optimise production efficiency and resource utilisation.
• Undertake options analysis of alternate mine designs and sequences to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend mining methods, equipment, and technologies to optimise productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site operations teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, both remotely and on-site.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
