About the Role Our Contracting Division is seeking experienced Senior Mining Engineers and Mining Engineers to deliver high-quality, site-based support for our growing list of clients. You'll play a vital role in achieving exceptional engineering outcomes across a diverse range of mining projects—from production and planning to statutory coverage, technical uplift, and site improvement initiatives.

Your professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement will be key as you represent Go Engineering on sites throughout Western Australia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise in drill and blast, short- and long-term scheduling, production planning, and senior management support.

Ensure operational excellence by delivering high-level engineering and management coverage tailored to client needs.

Drive continuous improvement through on-site support, coaching, and training to help clients meet production and operational targets.

Collaborate with client teams to identify process improvements and cost optimisation opportunities.

Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely to understand and meet their expectations.

Your Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.

Senior Engineer : Minimum 5 years' underground experience with proven leadership; possess, or be able to obtain, a First Class Mine Manager's Certificate (WA).

Mining Engineer : Minimum 2 years' underground mining experience and completion of required DMIRS time; commitment to ongoing professional development.

High degree of self-management and the ability to thrive independently on-site.

Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and best practice.

Manual (C-Class) driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
