Job descriptionYou will Collaborate with business stakeholders, and technical team, to resolve current issues, and plan future enhancements Coordinate and management of activities and projects as required Write, review, and maintain procedures, software requirements specifications, software functional specifications, and system documentation You will have Ability to work using Controlled Configuration, Change and Release Management Procedures of any kind Previous experience working for a large IT / ICT organisation or IT Projects (involving significant and / or complex business change elements) Knowledge of Agile principals in Project Management Professional Certification in Business Analysis with five years' experience employed in a Systems Analyst Role ARIS-ZINC offers an end-to-end service approach with a unique combination of expertise in recruiting, IT consulting and payroll services in the Canberra, Sydney, and Brisbane markets. Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract. The systems analyst will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and ongoing development of systems, primarily focused on enhancing and re-engineering be-spoke business systems.
You will be required to analyse business process and understand business rules and data and will work closely with business users, developers, testers, and the system owner to develop ICT analysis and problem resolutions
Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be advantageous.
