Youth Facilitator

Our not for profit Association, Self Made Girls, is looking for Facilitators to help us with our programs and events. Our Facilitators work on a casual basis and will be responsible for facilitating workshops and helping run market days.

• Responsibilities
• Facilitate workshops on entrepreneurship, business skills, and creative pursuits. Full training provided.
• Assist in organizing and setting up market days where young entrepreneurs can sell their products
• Provide guidance and mentorship to young girls aged 8-17 in the program
• Assist in promoting and marketing Self Made Girls programs and events
• Collaborate with other facilitators, volunteers, and staff members to ensure the success of Self Made Girls events
• Requirements
• Working with children check
• Experience and / or passion for entrepreneurship and supporting young girls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with young girls and provide mentorship and guidance
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Availability to work on a casual basis, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in facilitation and event coordination, particularly in the field of entrepreneurship, is a plus
