We are seeking a dynamic Training Facilitator / s to join our existing team of course facilitators. The role will entail delivering engaging, effective training sessions for up to 20 participants per session. The role includes delivering established workshops online and face to face, and ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment. You will be working closely with the IPAA WA Training team, receiving high levels of support to enable the successful execution of the training sessions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to promote participation and collaboration. The ideal candidate / s will have experience in training delivery and preparation.

Extensive experience in the preparation of a wide range of government writing including reports, correspondence, briefings, parliamentary questionsExperience in the development of new training material to meet client requirementsExperience in delivering training programs and / or facilitation of group discussions in-person and onlineAbility to assist participants to apply procedural requirements to real life situationsExcellent knowledge of English composition, grammar and styleCertificate IV in Training and Assessment would be well-regarded but is not essentialApplication Instructions
