The Training Manager is responsible for mentoring and coordinating training support to apprentices employed within the ABN Group. A role where collaboration and interpersonal skills come naturally to you, you will thrive off the diversity and autonomy in this role whilst working closely with the Group Training Organisation Manager, adhering to policies and guidelines of ABN Training.

Reporting to the GTO Manager, you will work in a team of Training Managers to support our apprentices. This role will balance between working at our Leederville head office and visiting the apprentices on site.

Key responsibilities of Training Manager role :

We are seeking someone who has previously worked closely with apprentices or in a vocational training environment. Adaptability, leadership and curiosity, in particular the ability to relate to a diverse group of apprentices will see you succeed in this role.
