About The Role

Our Change Team is looking to hire an experienced Training Manager on a full-time, 8 month contract, ideally commencing in July 2025. We are open to this candidate being located in any major Australian city.

Responsibilities

Working as part of our internal Change Team, you would be responsible for the training and capability uplift of the business, specifically :

• Manage the design, and develop the Training Strategy, Training Plan, Training Needs Analysis and Training Curriculum
• Identify appropriate training methods to successfully educate users
• Manage the training environment, and provide system demonstrations to key stakeholders
• Manage the development of training content and materials for key stakeholder persona groups
• Identify resources to support training materials review process and facilitate training material reviews
• Manage training material translations (as necessary)
• Manage the storage and distribution of training materials, user guides and other on-demand training materials
• Participate in train-the-trainer sessions (where applicable), facilitating where appropriate
• Manage and execute the delivery of training
• Manage design and implementation of assessment methods to measure training effectiveness
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create relevant and engaging learning solutions
• Implement effective learning methodologies, such as e-learning, classroom training, workshops, and coaching, to meet the diverse learning styles of employees
